Can I cancel or change my order?
We are not able to accommodate order cancellations or change requests once an order has been placed. In order to provide the best possible customer experience, we begin prepping your order right away for shipment; therefore, once the order is placed we are unable to make adjustments.
My plant or pot arrived damaged, what do I do?
We guarantee that every plant will arrive in good health, and all plants are guaranteed for 30 days after arrival. We take great pride in the care of our plants in our greenhouses as well as in the protective packaging we use to ship our plants.
Plants don’t love drastic changes to their environment so some weariness or minor cosmetic blemishes are to be expected. It may take a few days or weeks for your plant to adjust to its new home and thrive.
We love our plants, and want to ensure that you do as well! We will happily send you a replacement free of charge in the unlikely event that your plant arrives dead. (Please note: Repotting your indoor plant into a new container within the first 30 days will void our 30-day guarantee. This note doesn’t apply to replacement plants which arrive in grower pots.)
If your plant arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 30 days ago, please capture a few photos of your damaged item. Then, contact us with your order number and photos of the damaged item so that we can best assist you. Please note: Replacement plants will arrive in a grower pot so that you can repot the plant into a same-size pot of your choice
If your pot or care item arrived damaged, and your purchase was made less than 14 days ago, please capture a few photos of your item and contact our Customer Support team.
Please note: Photos are required as proof of damage in order for us to help with your replacement. Replacement will be issued for the damaged plant, pot, or item only.
When will my order arrive?
We take great care in growing, packaging, and shipping your new plants so they’re ready to thrive in your home. This includes keeping them safe while they travel from the greenhouse to your doorstep.
Current processing times:
- Indoor plants and care products will ship within 2-5 business days
Please note: Olive Trees may take up to 8 days to ship.
Transit Time:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 days
- Express shipping: 2-3 days
Once your order leaves our greenhouse, you will receive tracking information in your inbox. Most items ship separately, and some orders may ship sooner.
During the colder months, plant orders may be placed on hold depending on the weather forecast in the zip code the order will be shipping to.

Orders $150 and over (after any discounts) receive free standard shipping.
All orders under $150 are subject to the following shipping costs (taxes may apply):

When will I be charged for my Bloomscape order?
All orders are charged upon checkout.
Why did my order fail?
In most cases, orders will fail if there is an error with the billing information entered during checkout. We recommend that you review your payment and billing information so you can try placing your order again. If you continue to experience problems placing your order, please contact your bank for more information.
